Cancellation Policy

Within 0–14 Days of Departure 0 – 14 Days 100% Charge Full cancellation fee applies

15+ Days Before Departure 15+ Days 50% Charge Half cancellation fee applies

! In case of unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters or government restrictions, certain activities or the whole trek may be cancelled. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
! No refund will be processed in case the trek is cancelled by the trekker due to personal or medical emergency.
! If the package includes any product offering (e.g. Jacket or Bag), that product will not be returned and its price will not be refunded. For example, if booking amount collected is ₹2,000 and the package includes a jacket offer worth ₹1,500 — in case of cancellation, the jacket will not be returned and only ₹500 (₹2,000 – ₹1,500) will be refunded, subject to other cancellation policy conditions.

Any refund applicable will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

✓ Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
✓ Refund eligibility is subject to fulfillment of the cancellation policy conditions stated above.
✓ No refund is applicable for product offerings (jackets, bags, gear, etc.) included in a package.

Upon booking, the trekker will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 48 hours (on working days).

1 In exceptional cases where slots are not available, viable alternatives will be provided to the customer based on their preference. A new voucher with updated trek details will be sent via email.
2 Alternatively, the trekker may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation — in which case a full refund will be processed.
3 Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at the time of booking to receive all communications without delay.

100% of the total trek cost must be paid at the time of booking (0 days before the date of booking).

₹ Full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking and secure your slot.
₹ We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via our secure payment gateway.
₹ Your slot is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation voucher via email.
